Although the entire contractual relationship related to these products is established solely between the owner and the user, the user acknowledges and agrees that CODARK SOFTWARE LLC can enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary if provided to them through Google Play.
Content Rights - All Rights Reserved
The owner owns and retains all intellectual property rights to such content.
Therefore, users may not use such content in any unnecessary or implied manner not required for the proper use of the service.
In particular (but not limited to), users may not copy, download, share (beyond the limitations stated below), modify, translate, convert, publish, transmit, sell, relicense, edit, assign/distribute to third parties, or create derivative works based on the content on the application, nor allow any third party to do so through the user or their device, even if the user is unaware. In cases expressly stated, users may download, copy, and/or share certain content provided, solely for personal and non-commercial use, provided that proper copyright attribution and any other attribution required by the owner are implemented. Any applicable statutory limitations or exceptions to copyright are not affected.
Software License
Any intellectual property or industrial property rights, as well as any other proprietary rights embedded in or related to the software or technology applications associated with CODARK SOFTWARE LLC, are owned by the owner and/or its licensors. Subject to the user’s compliance with these terms, and even if there are different provisions in these terms, the owner grants the user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the software and/or any other technical means embedded in the service within the scope and purposes of CODARK SOFTWARE LLC and the services provided.
This license does not grant the user any rights to access, use, or disclose the original source code. All technologies, algorithms, and programs included in the software, as well as any documentation related to them, are the sole property of the owner or its licensors.
Upon termination or expiration of this agreement, all rights and licenses granted to the user shall immediately terminate.
Without affecting the above terms, under this license, users may download, install, use, and run the software on a permitted number of devices, provided that these devices are common and up-to-date in terms of technical and market standards.
User Rights
Right of Withdrawal
Unless exceptions apply, users have the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason within the specified period (usually 14 days). Users can find more information about the conditions for withdrawal in this section.
Who is Eligible for the Right of Withdrawal
Unless any applicable exceptions are mentioned below, users who are European consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under EU rules, allowing them to withdraw from online contracts (distance contracts) for any reason and without justification within the applicable period.
Users who do not meet this eligibility cannot enjoy the rights described in this section. Consumers are only liable to the seller for the depreciation of goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to understand their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, users must send a clear statement to the owner indicating their intention to withdraw from the contract.
For this purpose, users can use the sample withdrawal form provided in the "Definitions" section of this document. However, users may also make a clear statement in any other appropriate manner to express their intention to withdraw from the contract. To meet the deadline for exercising such rights, users must send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

CODARK SOFTWARE LLC provides the service strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users assume the risk of using the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner expressly disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Any advice or information obtained from the owner or through the service does not constitute any warranty not expressly provided in this document.
Without limiting the foregoing, the owner, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the service will meet users' requirements; that the service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted, or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user’s own discretion and risk, and the user is solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or mobile device, or for any data loss resulting from such download or use of the service.

Without affecting any more specific provisions of these terms, any intellectual property related to CODARK SOFTWARE LLC, such as copyrights, trademarks, patent rights, and design rights, is the exclusive property of the owner or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.
All trademarks (nominal or symbolic) and all other marks, trade names, service marks, textual marks, illustrations, images, or logos related to CODARK SOFTWARE LLC are and shall remain the exclusive property of the owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.
Changes to These Terms
The owner reserves the right to modify or otherwise change these terms at any time. In such cases, the owner will notify users of these changes in an appropriate manner.
